General Statement

By Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as well as with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Springville Community School District's (SCSD) goal is to ensure content on its website is accessible by everyone, including individuals with disabilities and those that use assistive technology.

Standards

SCSD sets its accessibility standards by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, except video content, which follows WCAG 2.0 level A, as the minimum technical standards used to develop and maintain its site. Where possible, SCSD makes an effort to exceed these standards.
